I think its B. it can't be D and probably not A. And depending on how bad it is they may cancel but if they dont know what it is first then they shouldn't cancel the endorsement.

I would think first they would determine the nature of the scandal & then decide how damaging it is to see whether or not if they have to drop the celebrity or not , some brands stick with their celebrities unless its really something bad.
