Answer: y=-1/2+5/2
To find the slope u have to subtract y-es and divide them by already subtracted x-es( delta y/ delta x).
3-4/-1-(-3)
-1/ 2
the slope is -1/2
y=kx+b is the form of linear equation

y= -1/2x+b
put points x and y to this equation to find b ( y intercept)
for instance tame (-1,3)
3= -1/2*(-1) +b
b= 3-1/2
b=5 /2
the equation is y=-1/2x+5/2
