There are sixty minutes in an hour.

32 x 60 = 1,920

That is 1,920 gallons in an hour.
Four quarts make a gallon, so therefore taking 1,920 gallons per hour and multiplying it by 4 will give us the number of quarts per hour.
7,680 quarts per hour.

Alternatively, 32 x 4 = 128
That is quarts per minute.
128 x 60 = 7,680
