[SO₄²⁻] = 0.3M

Explanation:

The HCl in solution produce 1mole of H₃O⁺ and H₂SO₄ produce 2 moles of H₃O⁺.

When two solutions are mixing in equal volumes, the concentrations of both reactants is halved regard to their initial concentrations. That is:

HCl = 0.1M

H₂SO₄ = 0.3M

And H₃O⁺ will be:

0.1M + 2*0.3M = 0.7M

And SO₄²⁻ comes just from H₂SO₄, that means:

[H₂SO₄] = [SO₄²⁻] = 0.3M
