He was able to create a lot of jobs by cutting down on restrictions and cutting taxes. He benefited pretty much everyone. Businesses were starting up with no problems (because of the fact that there was less regulation and taxes to be paid for), working class citizens were able to find good paying jobs.

Regan was one of the best presidents in my opinion.
