Work:
21x-7y=12
-7y=12-21x
y= -12/7+3x

Point: (1,-3)

y-y1=m (x-x1)
y+3= -12/7 (x-1)
y+3= -12/7x + 12/7
y= -12/7x -9/7

The equation is y= -12/7x- 9/7
