You began to see more slightly intelligent people come from certain towns, you began to see doctors, nurses, lawyers and other assorted jobs... they were being filled by people who were thought to be unintelligible =/

You could see that there were more intelligent people, more people filling up jobs and more people becoming doctors and lawyers and stuff
