Answer:Millicent did not want to conform to the way of the heather birds, she wanted to stay true to herself and not be like the sorority girls. So, as you see this conflict changes Millicent's way of thinking, yes there for she revolts and decides it is time to speak her mind and let the sorority girls know exactly what she is thinkin.
