C4H10O + 6 O2 = 4 CO2 + 5 H2O

1 mole C4H10O -------------- 4 moles CO2
4 moles C4H10O ------------- ( moles CO2)

moles CO2 = 4 x 4 / 1

moles CO2 = 16 / 1

= 16 moles CO2

hope this helps!
