Answer:y = 0.6x - 0.4

We have : y = ax+

(2,4)      => 2 = 4a + b          (1)

(-10,-16) => -16 = -10a + b     (2)

(1)(2) => a=0.6 , b= -0.4

=> y = 0.6a - 0.4
