84/28=3 cookies for 1 person
3*30=90 cookies for 30 people

If 84 cookies will serve 28 students that means that each student will get 3 cookies, so 90 divided by 3 is 30 so each student will still get 3 cookies. So that means that 90 cookies will feed 30 students.
