So to evaluate the limit of lim[(e^-x)*cos(x)] as x approaches negative infinity the possible answer to this question and based on my calculation and some research according to it i came up with an answer of limy to the infinity of E to the power of Y times the cos(y) equals the lim of x to the infinity time value of E to the power of x times cos(x)
