they are called as consumers & in particular if the eat others then carnivorous.

They are called consumers, primary-consumers/herbivores eat plants
Secondary or higher consumers are carnivorous organisms who eat other animals/fungi

You could also called them animals or fungi, as both cannot photosynthesize.
