The publication that probably would not include breaking news is a monthly magazine. A breaking news is about those information or events that are currently happening or developing. It can be found in daily newspapers and a nightly news broadcast because it is updated everyday. Whereas, a monthly magazine only features topics or issues that had happened within a month.
