We have a relation for force between two charges q1,q2 as

Value of k is [tex]9*10^9[/tex]

On substituting the values into the equation we get,

[tex]F=\frac{9*10^9*12*5}{10^9*10}\\\\  F=54N[/tex]

Hence the force between them is 54 N.
