∆y=5
∆y = 13

Well Here ∆y represents slope of line

Line is coinciding with points ( -3,-5) ( 0,10)

∆ y = [10 -(-5) ]/( 0-(-3)]

= (10+5)/( 0+3)

= 15/3

= 5
