Explanation: Disuse atrophy is the type of muscle activity of wasting .This is the process of the decrements or shrinkage of the muscle size due the inactivity in that particular muscles. The long period of the inactivity of muscles makes them of no use in the body . Thus the injury happening around the walls of that muscles which is inactive is supposed to be of two days.
