The slope-intercept form:

[tex]y=mx+b[/tex]

We have:

[tex]3x+7y=14[/tex]              subtract 3x from both sides

[tex]7y=-3x+14[/tex]             divide both sides by 7

[tex]\boxed{y=-\dfrac{3}{7}x+2\to\boxed{C.}}[/tex]
