slope  = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

      =  (2--1)/(5-1)

      = (2+1)/(4)

       =3/4

The point slope from of a line is

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y--1 = 3/4 (x-1)

y+1 = 3/4 (x-1)
