Explain how an interlocking schedule at a Puerto Rican school works

an interlocked schedule is just where the schedules overlap each other, and they are used because Puerto rico and other Hispanic countries have 2 different choices on what times students can go to school so they needed a way to have both schedules without over crowding the school.
