We have equation of motion [tex]S = ut + \frac{1}{2} at^2[/tex], here S = displacement, u = initial velocity, t is the time taken and a is the acceleration.

In this case displacement = 160 m

Initial velocity = 30 m/s

Acceleration = [tex]0 m/s^2[/tex]

Substituting we will get [tex]160 = 30 *t + \frac{1}{2}*0* t^2\\ \\ 160 =30t\\ \\ t = 160/30\\ \\ t = 5.33 seconds[/tex]

So car will take 5.33 seconds to travel 160 m.
