Just by using associate angles identities, you have

[tex] \cos\left(\dfrac{\pi}{2} - \theta\right) = \sin(\theta) [/tex]

So, you also have

[tex] \cos\left(\dfrac{\pi}{2} - \theta\right) = \sin(\theta) = \dfrac{1}{4} [/tex]
