The answer is a plasma membrane, cytoplasm, DNA, ribosomes. Whether a cell is differentiated and becomes different from the others, the above mentioned remain constant. Stem cells are the undifferentiated pluripotent and totipotent cells. In differentiated cells, the DNA sequences remains the same, but certain genes in the DNA are silenced.
